This section was designed to help Kearns-Fans learn more about Irish Music: songs of the Emerald Isle. It is a good introduction to the music ingrained in the soul of Anthony Kearns.

Traditional Irish music is a part of him, he has a deep abiding love for it. Our first segment of this setion is devoted to Sean Nos, the Old Music. Anthony began singing Sean Nos when he was 10 years old and competed in various All Ireland competitions, winning several in his youth.

Information about Ireland's two most famous song writers, Thomas Moore and Percy French, is also provided. Anthony sings their music in most of his solo concerts.

Anthony still enjoys singing his beloved Irish music, and it can be heard in all of his solo concerts, as well as within The Irish Tenors repertoire.
