Mr. Roth is the concert master and violin soloist for the very popular Mannheim Steamroller, and can be enjoyed on their television specials and CDs. Arnie Roth has conducted, performed on, and/or produced over 60 best selling CDs to date. He also won the award for Best Score at the 2003 DVD Premier Awards for his score for the film “Rapunzel.”
He has conducted the London Symphony Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Hollywood Bowl Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Dallas and Houston Symphony Orchestras, the BBC Symphony, the San Francisco Symphony, the San Diego Symphony, the Winnipeg Symphony, the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago, and the Ravinia Festival Orchestra. Many of these were done previous to his association with The Irish Tenors, and some in conjunction with them.
Roth not only conducted and co-produced The Irish Tenors “Heritage” and “We Three Kings” CDs, he orchestrated, conducted, and arranged the vocals for the newest I.T. CD, “Sacred” which was released in the fall of 2005 in the top 10 of Billboard's Classical Crossover Charts. The arrangements are superb and focus beautifully upon the strengths of each Tenor, as well as the incredible harmonies produced by the group. His arrangements are inspirational and show his innate ability to find, focus upon, and pull the very best from vocalists and musicians alike.
Mr. Roth is a welcome and respected addition to The Irish Tenors Family.
